Why I love Crossfit:
My favourite part of CrossFit is watching people change their perspectives and approach to training. Many gym-goers go in with the mindset that it’s all about how they look, but CrossFit often creates a shift in this mindset where people focus on how they are performing and getting stronger. In my experience, this leads to a positive feedback loop where people look better because they feel better about their actions.
I play chess online (not that I am much good), and I enjoy tasting different craft beers (I have a photo album of all the beers I taste).
